We just need a moment of pause - to shift gently, to breathe a little deeper, to remember that it’s OK to start again.
A gentle reset might look like:
A slow walk without your phone
Drinking water before caffeine
Putting something back where it belongs
Saying no to something that no longer fits
Or simply sitting in silence for five minutes
